By booking a session, registering for a workshop, or purchasing any service from Validate Launch Scale, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide advisory, coaching, and workshop services. We share frameworks and guidance — outcomes depend on your effort and execution. No specific business result is guaranteed.

Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed by Stripe in AUD.

• Workshop tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
• 1-on-1 sessions (single session and 4-session packages) can be rescheduled with 12+ hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests with less than 12 hours notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable and non-creditable.
• 4-session packages must be used within 6 weeks of purchase. Unused sessions after 6 weeks expire with no refund.

Confidentiality

Any business information you share in sessions is treated as confidential and never disclosed to third parties.

Intellectual property

Workshop and program materials remain the property of Validate Launch Scale and are licensed for your personal use only.
